1. Do you offer custom artwork and commissions?
Yes! We create hand-painted custom artworks tailored to your vision. Pricing starts at ₹2500 per sq. ft. Fill out our custom art request form, and we’ll bring your idea to life.
2. How do I place an order for a painting?
Simply browse our collections, select your artwork, and proceed to checkout. For custom commissions, submit a request through our contact form, and we’ll get in touch to discuss details.
3. Can I customize the size of an existing painting?
Absolutely! Most of our artworks can be resized to fit your space. Drop us a message with your preferred dimensions, and we’ll make it happen.
4. How long does it take to complete a custom order?
Custom artworks typically take 4-6 weeks for completion, depending on complexity and size.
Shipping & Delivery
5. Do you ship across India and internationally?
Yes! We have free shipping across India and offer international shipping as well (chargeable). Shipping charges vary based on location and artwork size.
6. How long does shipping take?
For ready-to-ship pieces, delivery within India takes 7-10 days. International orders may take 2-4 weeks. Custom orders require additional time for painting and processing.
7. Will my painting arrive ready to hang?
Yes! All our paintings come on a stretched canvas with a built-in frame, ready to be displayed (For domestic orders). For International orders, paintings will be rolled up canvases.
Payments & Returns
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and international payment options.
9. Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Since each painting is handmade and unique, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with images, and we’ll assist you.

Every artwork is an original, hand-painted piece. No mass-produced prints, just pure artistry!
11. What type of paint and canvas do you use?
We primarily use acrylic and oil paints on high-quality stretched canvas to ensure durability and vibrant color retention.
12. Will there be slight variations in the paintings?
Yes! Since each artwork is hand-painted, no two pieces are exactly alike. That’s what makes them truly one-of-a-kind!
